Link Belt LS98 TOP Roller(also called carrier roller, upper roller) is assembled on the crawler frame and hold up the Link Belt LS98 track shoes. It is used to hold up the track shoes assy, make the crawler shoes has a certain tension and keep the track shoes assy straight. If Link Belt LS98 TOP Roller is broken down, the crawler crane can’t keep straight to walk, which will effect the work efficiency.

3. Quality:
Link Belt LS98 TOPRoller Body: Material is 40Mn2 —hard wearing, so, that can extend the
roller’s service life.
Bushing: 100% fine cooper Bushing, instead of duplex metal(Iron and Cooper). The thickness of
bushing is 6mm-10mm.
Pin: The material is 42Cr
Floating seals: the size of Floating seals must 100% match the roller. If not, the oil will spilling.
The most important process is Hardening and Tempering if the rollers are not undereardening and
tempering, the Mechanical Properties, Yield Strength and Tensile Strength will not be good, the
roller will be slip easily.
