Safety rules when operate the crawler crane

Consider the difficulty and complexity of operation, there are two factors ---operator and crawler crane machines, they are particularly important.

1. For the operator:

a. The operator must have a qualification certificate. They must undergo professional safety training and pass the examination. It is strictly prohibited to use lifting equipment without license.

b. The operator must cooperate closely and follow the signals of the crane commander. In the process of work, any warning signal appears, stop immediately until unsafe factors are eliminated.

c.  When the crane works, irrelevant personnel shall not enter the construction site and stand under the lifting hook and arm. And it is strictly prohibited to lift people by crane.

2.  For crawler crane:

a.  Various devices must be checked properly before the crane operates. Do not operate machines with damaged parts.

b.  Overloading crane is strictly prohibited.

c.   No matter when the work is stopped or operators take rest, the hanging objects shall not be hung in the air. Adequate lighting should be provided for night work.
