Demag CC1500 top roller for crawler crane
Usually, a crawler crane is equipped with 4 or 6 top rollers. Although they have fewer in quantity and relatively lighter in weight compared to other crawler crane components, their role is crucial.
Demag CC1500 top roller for crawler crane is mounted on the track frame to secure the track pad. CC1500 top roller is used to hold the track pad assembly, provides constant tension to the track pad, and keeps the track pad assembly straight. If CC1500 carrier roller fails, the crawler crane will not run straight, affecting the working efficiency.

4. Routine maintenance
1). Unintall the carrier roller from the X-frame bracket, open the outer end cover, and separate the rotating roller body from the inner stator.
2). Unintall the floating oil seal and clean the corresponding places on the roller body and stator with the floating oil seal and make sure there are no oil stains.
3). Put new floating oil seals, add grease, reassemble the center of the roller and stator, and put the end covers.
4). Put the repaired up roller onto the frame and let it idle for approximately 5 minutes to check for oil leaks.
