In 2023, our factory produced and sold approximately 23,000 tons of crawler crane undercarriage parts, including about 15,000 tons of castings and about 7,000 tons of forgings. The main products of casting technology are track shoes, sprockets, and idlers, while the main products of the forging process are top rollers and bottom rollers. Crawler crane parts are mainly exported to 36 countries, including the United States, Canada, Russia, South Korea, Egypt, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.
This year, we also sent two groups of technical personnel to visit customers abroad, making positive contributions to the company’s business expansion and customer relationship maintenance. These technicians represent the company’s professional image and reflect our dedication and care for our customers. In addition, technicians measured crawler crane undercarriage parts for customers, made drawings, and prepared maintenance plans for customers in advance. They also had in-depth exchanges with customers on crane parts performance, technical support, and after-sales service. This not only enhanced customers’ trust in our products but also laid a good foundation for future cooperation.
Through these visits, we gained valuable feedback and suggestions from our customers. Based on this, we will continue to optimize crawler undercarriage components and services to provide customers with better solutions.
