Regular Kobelco P&H550AS track roller use standard specifications and weigh approximately 52.5 kg, making them suitable for most general applications. However, some customers, due to their specialized operating environments (such as mining and heavy earthmoving), place higher demands on the track rollers’ wear resistance, load-bearing capacity, and structural strength. To address this, our manufacturer redesigned and produced a customized “excavator-like” track roller based on the customer’s actual measurements. By increasing material usage and optimizing the structure, the weight was increased to 68 kg, significantly enhancing its impact and deformation resistance.
