Today, 56 tons of crawler crane undercarriage parts were fully packaged in our warehouse and shipped to Qingdao Port. They will soon be shipped by sea to Turkey, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates. This 56-ton shipment of crawler crane undercarriage parts, including key components such as bottom rollers, sprockets, idlers, track shoes, chains, and tensioners, will be used in crane equipment from internationally renowned brands such as Hitachi, Kobelco, Manitowoc, and XCMG.
Turkey: Hitachi KH150-3 track rollers and Hitachi KH150-3 chains will be used in local mines and infrastructure construction sites, providing weight support and transmission stability during equipment travel.
Malaysia: Kobelco CKE700 sprocket and Kobelco CKE700 idler will assist in heavy excavation operations in tropical rainforests and coastal areas, ensuring precise guidance and efficient drive of the crawler system.
Netherlands: Manitowoc 11000-1 crane track shoe, Manitowoc 11000-1 track rollers, and Manitowoc 11000-1 top rollers will serve the European heavy-lift market, providing core support for the stable travel of 100-ton-class cranes.
UAE: XCMG QUY50 track shoes, XCMG QUY50 tensioners, and XCMG QUY50 track rollers are designed to withstand the harsh conditions of high temperatures and soft ground in the Middle Eastern deserts, ensuring reliable operation in these extreme environments.
To ensure the compatibility and reliability of accessories, VM implements a “one machine, one inspection” standard during the stocking process:
Quality Control: From raw materials to finished products, accessories undergo three stages of testing: hardness testing, dimensional tolerance measurement, and load simulation testing to ensure they are free of cracks, deformation, and smooth transmission. Chain pitch tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm, and the drive wheel tooth profile accuracy meets international ISO standards.
Professional Packaging: For long-distance ocean transportation, wooden crates are lined with custom shock-absorbing foam inserts. Track shoes are stacked in layers and welded with anti-slip strips. The track rollers and drive wheels are secured with steel straps to prevent them from displacing. The outer boxes are marked with “Fragile” labels to reduce the risk of shipping damage.
