The 7150 track rollers are used for 150 ton crawler crane. We have our own brand-“VM”. OEM service is also available. We can print your brand on the 7150 track roller. What you need to do is to advise the brand drawing, and then the production will be according to your request.
Track roller also can be called bottom roller, lower roller. It is used to hole the weight of the whole crawler crane. So, the quality must be good enough to play this role.
2. Advantage
The bottom roller of Kobelco 7150 is heat treated, whole quenching and tempering. After quenching of wheel surface, the hardness required up to HRC 52-58 to strengthen the wear resistance of wheel surface. Quality can be guaranteed.
We used the 100% Bronze bushing for Kobelco 7150 track roller. Material is 40Mn2, 42CrMo.
Warranty time for the parts is 2500 working hours. If the track roller is broken during the warranty time, we will send you the new one. If you need, we can also issue the test report to you。
3. Package & Delivery
a. We can pack the KOBELCO 7150 lower roller into the pallet.
b. The parts can be shipped by sea or by air from Qingdao port. It is one of the biggest seaports in northern China. It is also the nearest port from our warehouse in Yantai. We have professional forwarder that can help us choose the best shipping line. Of course, you can also use your own agent.
