1. Detail Information :
Different track shoes used different materials. For Kobelco 7045 track pad, material will be like 35SiMn, 31Mn2Si etc.
Our pin shaft is made of 40Cr material. After heat treatment, it is further processed, which can reduce the friction with the axle hole of kobelco 7045 Track Shoe.
Production time depend on if during peak season. Anyway, we will try to shorten the delivery time as soon as we can.
Warranty Time is one year / 2500 working hours.
2. Production Process :
Make Mold — Sand Mold — Casting — Polishing — Riser Milling — Quenching & Tempering — Hardness & Mechanical Properties Test — Surface Quenching — Painting – Package
We will test samples for each process, when passed the testing; the production can be go on. So, please do not worry about the quality.
3. Package & Delivery :
a. We packed the track plate for KOBELCO crawler crane into export standard pallet and sealed with plastic film. That will help keep good surface when you receive them.
b. The Kobelco 7045 track pads usually were shipped out by sea from Qingdao port, the nearest seaport which only need 2.5 hours’ drive from our warehouse.
