On Monday, the quality inspection department reported on the Machaical properties test of the Liebherr LR1300 track shoe that had just completed Quenching & Tenpering.
1. Tensile Strength
Tensile Strength is the critical value of the transition of metal from uniform plastic deformation to local concentrated plastic deformation, and it is also the maximum
bearing capacity of metal under static tension conditions. Tensile strength is the resistance to the maximum uniform plastic deformation of the material. Before the
tensile sample is subjected to the maximum tensile stress, the deformation is uniform, but after exceeding, the metal begins to shrink, that is, concentrated
deformation; Very small brittle material with uniform plastic deformation, which reflects the fracture resistance of the Liebherr crane track shoe.
2. Yield Strength
Yield Strength is the yield limit when the metal material yields, that is, the stress that resists micro-plastic deformation. For metal materials without obvious yield, the
stress value that produces 0.2% residual deformation is specified as its yield limit, which is called the conditional yield limit or yield strength. It mirrors the plasticity

3. Elongation
Elongation refers to the percentage of the ratio of the total deformation ΔL of the gauge section after tensile fracture to the original gauge length L: δ=ΔL/L×100%.
