We have 120+ production equipment such as 3-ton, 5-ton and 10-ton melting furnaces, several box-type heat treatment furnaces, vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, milling machines, boring machines, machining centers, etc., which can produce undercarriage parts for 97% of worldwide brands of crawler cranes, ranging from 30 tons to 1350 tons.
Equipped with CMM and handheld 3D scanner, our engineers can draw the size of accessories efficiently and accurately. With metallographic microscope, universal testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, impact tester and other advanced and reliable testing equipment, we ensure that every link from material, processing to testing is strictly controlled to ensure the life of crawler undercarriage parts and reduce more maintenance costs for customers.
