In the entire production process of track shoes, the painting process is the last step. But it is also closely related to the quality of the finished product. A good painting process will make the track shoes more corrosion-resistant and more beautiful, with better surface smoothness and gloss.
1. Perform Shot blasting treatment on KOBELCO 7100 Track Shoe, the surface cleanliness reaches Sa2.5 level (that is, near white sandblasting, no rust spots by eye view).
2. Pickling and phosphating treatment, the surface has no oil stains, no rust spots, the color is dark gray, and the film layer is dense and uniform in crystallization.
3. The operator self-checks whether there are any bad defects in the foreign workpiece, and the qualified workpiece is placed on the tool transport vehicle in the painting workshop as required, and enters the next process.
4. If it is necessary to decontaminate the track shoe for Kobelco 7100 crawler crane, the operator should wear gloves, wipe the workpiece with a sassafras cloth dipped in ethanol or solvent, and remove the dust and grease on the surface of the workpiece.
5. The workpiece is hung into the running track, and the running speed of the running track is adjusted.
6. After the primer is leveled, spray the intermediate paint with 2 coats or customer requirements, the spraying distance is 15-20cm, the spraying pressure is 3-5kg/cm2, the workpiece is leveled after spraying, and the leveling time is 14-16min (baking). After the intermediate paint is leveled, the operator should check the 7100 track pad surface, and polish the defective workpiece. After grinding, the operator will perform self-inspection, and clean the dust on the workpiece with a dust removal cloth.
7. The topcoat operator will check all the surface-dried workpieces. If there is any defect on the paint surface, it will be repaired immediately, and the workpiece will be pushed into the oven by the running track for baking. Adjust the baking temperature according to the baking standard of the workpiece material, the conventional baking temperature is 80°±5° and the baking time is 30 minutes.
8. The inspector inspects the surface of the baked Kobelco 7100 track pad, marks the workpieces that do not meet the quality requirements, and notifies the workshop director for repair.
When the 100 Tons of KOBELCO 7100 Track Shoe have finished the final inspection, it can be packed.
